We live for an approx 3 quarters of a century... the first one we spend studying, not knowing where we are headed and will we do. The last one we spend eating medicines and taking care of our health --- hoping we live long !! This quarter which you have just started is the best one !! you are in complete control and can do wonders !! Make the most of this dear ... wish you a beautiful Quater ahead !! :)
